To help us understand your message, please note: Describe the actions leading to the problem, the result you expected and the result you saw. Keep the sequence in the order it happened. Mention whether you started a fresh round or continued one. A clear description makes review easier.
Keep private details out
When preparing your message, remember: Do not send passwords, PINs, payment information or sensitive personal details. A game report normally needs only the page, device and sequence of actions. Remove private information from any description you copy. Review the message before pressing Send.
